Social Services in Lockdown Time – A Journey of Hope and Help
During the challenging days of lockdown, when fear and uncertainty gripped the nation, INTERNAL CVIF stepped forward with a sense of duty and compassion. While most doors were closed, our hearts remained open to serve the people in need. With strict protocols in place, our team began various on-ground social service activities to support communities affected by the pandemic.
From distributing food packets, masks, and sanitizers to helping senior citizens with medicine deliveries, every small act was done with great care. We coordinated with local police stations and emergency departments to ensure help reached even the most remote or underprivileged areas. Our volunteers worked tirelessly—sometimes risking their own safety—to offer a helping hand where it was needed the most.
One of the key focus areas during this period was spreading awareness about COVID-19 safety measures. We conducted small awareness drives in slum areas and villages, ensuring that people understood the importance of hygiene, social distancing, and vaccination.
The lockdown tested everyone, but it also reminded us of the power of humanity. Through this journey, INTERNAL CVIF stayed true to its mission of public service, becoming a symbol of hope in a time of crisis. We believe that when we stand together, even the darkest times can lead to a brighter tomorrow.
